The new album ‘Rispah’ by London trio The Invisible is out now on Ninja Tune and an arguable highlight is the track ‘Wings’ which has been likened to a mixture of ‘In Rainbows’-era Radiohead and TV on the Radio. As you might expect, it’s getting a single release on July 9th and comes accompanied by this pretty wonderful reworking courtesy of Eglo Records co-founder Sam Shepard also known as Floating Points, who gently stretches out the original into a shuffling, seven minute-plus remix with some nicely judged, subtle touches.
