After making music for a number of years under guises including Praveen & Benoît alongside Benoît Pioulard, and the house music producer moniker of Braille which has so far seen a couple of well received releases on Rush hour and Hotflush, or probably the best known as one half of Sepalcure with Travis Stewart also known as Machinedrum, Praveen Sharma returns to his solo songwriting roots for a full length release on Brooklyn based Supermartyr Records. Described by the label as ‘unashamedly emotive and melancholic, and by the man responsible as ‘not dance music at all’, the album which was three years in the making, includes found sounds collected from traveling during that time and see’s Sharma joining up again with Pioulard who provides vocals for almost half the tracks on the release.
