High School Graffiti

You’ll probably know about Detroit producer Omar S from his FXHE Records label that has put out countless releases such as ‘Psychotic Photosyntheis’ and was a platform for the likes of Kyle Hall and Seth Troxler. His addition to the Fabriclive mix series from couple of years ago was one hundred per cent comprised of his own raw and soulful take on the house and techno sounds of his hometown, and he’s the latest artist to fall under the spotlight of the Scion A/V Samplers series with the ‘High School Graffiti‘ EP. Five tracks ranging from warm soulful grooves, minimal deep funk, to well-oiled mechanical techno are avaliable for free download here and include this collaboration with Theo Parrish.
