Regret To Retreat

krts_web1Brooklyn producer Kurtis Hairston aka KRTS follows up his first EP ‘Hold On’ on Berlin beats and bass hub Project Mooncircle with his debut long player ‘The Dread Of An Unkown Evil’ which is out now. Expanding on the heavily emotional broken-beats, fusion jazz, dubstep and house music of the first release, the ten tracks featured make up an intimate representation of, according to the label, ‘a musician battling to make it between families, loves, losses, and futures’. The digital version is available for download here, whereas the limited edition coloured double vinyl with some nice artwork courtesy of Brighton based artist Alfonso Cruz is here.
