A Small Murmation

After launching with ‘The Present Tense’ album from Call Super, the second release from Houndstooth came in the form of something from Dylan (King Cannibal) Richards’ latest House Of Black Lanterns moniker. If you don’t know, the label is London club Fabric’s foray into releasing some underground electronic music and is helmed by Rob Booth, who you will probably be familiar with from his Electronic Explorations platform. He explained at the time of the launch that the label ‘is completely an artist-led endeavour, so the focus of what we’re doing will be squarely on them and their output’ and the next release will be some blunt edged, dancefloor minimalism from Δkkord at the end of next month. After that there will be a debut full length titled ‘A Small Murmation’ from Augustus Ghost aka Hannah Cartwright and Throwing Snow aka Ross Tones, known collectively as Snow Ghosts, whose ‘Lost At Sea’ EP came out on Black Acre a couple of years ago.
