You, Me, Metropolis

Having recently released the ‘Kill The Lights’ debut album through London based label Houndstooth, Dylan Richards otherwise known as King Cannibal, has wasted little time with his new House of Black Lanterns moniker. Of the noir-ish soundscapes present on the album, Richards previously said ‘there were a few loose themes I tried to stick to, with space and texture being two that are important to me and they’re something that becomes increasingly lost in modern productions’, and the title track of the ‘You, Me, Metropolis’ EP continues the theme with deep dub-techno textures and tight drum & bass rhythms. The release features two remixes courtesy of Breakage and _Unsubcribe_, and is completed by a previously unreleased track ‘Worthless’.
